"The Hurt Locker" is finally on video. It's recieved great reviews since its theatrical release last year, and the accolades keep rolling in...and I can't wait to pick it up today.
The Writers Guild of America yesterday announced their nominees for the 2010 Writers Guild Awards, and "The Hurt Locker" is right in the mix. The winners will be announced on Saturday, February 20, from a ceremony held in Los Angeles and New York. Last year's big winners were Milk and Slumdog Millionaire, both of which later took home an Oscar, so this might be an early sign that this is what we could see in a few weeks when nominations for the Academy Awards are announced.
